I cannot wait to move out. Yeah its in a nice location for hanford, but the bitches are money hungry & dishonest, one of them seems too slutty for the job & I hate having to deal with their b.s. When we first moved in we thought we didn't have to pay the full deposit because their craigslist ad said military only pay 150 deposit, but after we signed some papers & came back the next day they said they lost our paper work & told us we had to pay 700 for the deposit when it was only supposed to be 150.. ugh sadly, that's not the end of my problems with river oaks. I've had trouble with my mailbox, they overcharge for laundry, floor plans suck, our electricity turned off weeks of us living there when they told us we wouldn't have our bill in the mail until our 6th week. So pretty much they're liars & are out for themselves, not their renters...
