Took our Lab to get groomed when we picked her up she was scared and shaking as if someone had abused her while she was there, when we finally got her home she went and under the bed and would not come out. Our loving Molly always cuddles up in our lap and sleeps with us not last night fir the first time since we have had her in three years. Molly always knows when Saturday comes around and waiting at the door for her Saturday morning out :(...not this Saturday which was very sad to us. We only wished that she could talk and tell us what happened to her while she was at Bubbles and Bows, we feel awful about leaving her we trusted the staff with our Molly and now hurt and scared and we will never know what happened to her. The staff at Bubbles and Bows looks very disturbing and unprofessional they gave groomed all 4 of our pets in the past but after our experience on Friday Sept 5,2014 the WILL NO LONGER have our pets on their list! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PETS TO get GROOMED!!!
