I'd like to thank Shreve Automotive for providing me with EXCEPTIONAL service today. I called them this morning at around 8:30 am. They were friendly, helpful and they even offered to give me a ride back to work if I'd bring my car over so they could check it out.\r
When I arrived at their shop, I was impressed. They look more like a dealership then a repair shop.\r
The Service department staff were courteous, friendly and professional, and VERY efficient. I dropped off my car and was sitting back at my desk at work all within about 15-20 minutes. Impressive!\r
Ryan gave me a ride back to work, and he was very nice. I'd planned to have someone at my office stay late to give me a ride back to Shreve, but Ryan assured me that he would be happy to give me a ride back to pick up my car when the diagnosis was complete.\r
The service department called to let me know that an alignment was all that my vehicle really needed, and asked if I would like for them to proceed with the alignment. (An automotive repair shop that is actually honest about what needs to be repaired??? AWESOME! Asking me first before they do any work that costs me $??? FANTASTIC!)\r

I'm a woman and when I take my car to someone for repair or diagnosis, 95% of the time, I wind up angry, disappointed, and frustrated. In general, I've found that the automotive industry is full of lying, cheating thieves. Even though I'm a woman, I'm not completely ignorant about auto mechanics. I work on my own car, and I know when someone is trying to take advantage me just because they think that I don't have a clue about what's under the hood of my vehicle. I'm VERY cautious when dealing with just about anyone that works in the automotive industry because I've seen how corrupt most of the shops out there really are. It is very rare these days to find an honest mechanic. To find a full-service shop that employs friendly, honest, hard-working mechanics and service professionals? UNBELIEVEABLE!\r
