Review content:
The nature of my job includes care and services to children and their families. To maintain appropriate paperwork and services to these families home visits are made at certain times throughout the year. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is the company chosen by our administration to provide cars for our team. I am the one that deals directly with Enterprise and their employees in regards to the car rental for the Huntington team. I have contacted or been contacted by them through email, by phone and in person. With each contact I have been treated with warm and friendly personal service. We have used Enterprise to supply these cars to us for several years and we have never had an issue that has not been resolved immediately. From broken windshields to supplying us with vehicles that will go in the snow to getting signatures for the rental agreement the employees have always been friendly and accommodating to us. I will always use Enterprise Rent-A-Car for my rental needs. I really like the personal touch, it makes you feel like family. Thanks Enterprise for a great job, keep it up!
