Have bought our cars from here for 20 years. This time attempted to buy my dream car. Traded in another chevy. While signing papers the finance guy, Dan, said it was a hail damage car. Salesman didn't mention this. Contract was $5k more than we agreed upon, but we were happy with monthly price. A week later they tell us financing fell through and they sold my trade in. BS...After a week of dealing with Dan and GMAC, I went back up to Parkway and demanded my car back and told them to keep the new car. Finance team tried to argue with me until my husband went to the service dept and saw my trade in. I threatened to sue them. Miraculously my trade in appeared at the front of dealership. I drove home in my old car but still feel raped by a company I had done business for 20 years. Never will trust any of them again!!!!
