High turnover amongst the staff, including management, maintenance and security; where you do not know who to contact for help.\r
Inside the home, the stoves are not set up properly, some do not even work. Based on the turnover from the maintenance staff, there is no way of getting these things fixed, or it may take a long time to send someone out to replace or fix anything in the apartment. \r
No one cleans after their pets or themselves. Dog feces is scattered throughout this property. You can find it along the walking paths, in the grass, and even in the parking lots. \r
The apartments are infested with insects. You can find giant spiders with 4 inch long legs, some apartments have bedbugs. The insect situation is so bad that Terminx is here on a weekly basis spraying down apartments. A section of the complex is also infested with rodents.\r
Break-ins are a way of life on this property. The police are here at least 3 times a week and the office staff is so accustomed to police visits, management know many of them on a first name basis.\r
The gates are constantly left open. Anyone can go in and out of this property. High school students frequently hang out in the pool area; smoking weed and playing music. The community cooking grills are filthy and some look like they?ve never been cleaned.\r
The manager is miserable seems to suffer from some sort of anxiety disorder. She hides behind the other staff members and does not give you clear decisive answers to your questions.\r
Constant notices posted on your doors letting your neighbors and possible robbers know if you are home or away on vacation. \r
The leasing staff discriminates as well. Based on your skin color or the employment/labor you conduct. Some will give you a full tour of the property including the gym, pool, computer lab, model apartments, and even the actual apartment you will be living in. Other staff members are lazy and will only show you the model apartments. \r
This is a terrible place to live, there a much better options around the city that this should be the last place you look into. Save yourselves time and a headache, do not rent here.
