I was a moderately satisfied resident of the Park at Idlewild for 7 months, ending today. I had asked to move into a 3-bedroom apartment (from my current 2-bedroom) since I'm planning on doing foster care, and was promised at the beginning of February that an apartment was available and would be ready for move-in by March 15. I scheduled movers and otherwise prepared to move. On March 13, two days before my move was scheduled, I was told that the apartment wouldn't be ready because "it was trashed" and the management had no idea when it would be ready. They never made any attempt to contact me about this -- had I not taken the initiative, I would have found the day before my movers were scheduled that I wouldn't be able to move into my apartment.\r \r I originally gave them two stars because they gave me the impetus I finally needed to start the house buying process. But I had to amend that to one star the day after I wrote this review, when the building manager told me that they had alr
