My tech was Mr. Oscar number 101. Mr. Oscar was absolutely wonderful on the job. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was, he gave professional advice on how to keep my ac running, and I liked how he invested so much time in this project. It was a very hot weekend and day that he came out and repaired my AC and even though he worked in the hot sun he still had a very positive attitude and outlook on the entire situation. Which made me feel at ease and safe that he new what he was doing and talking about. I have used ARS before and my past. My experiences have always be good, but this experience really was the best. Mr. Oscar is great at what he does and when he makes a promise he sticks to it and will let you know that everything will be alright. I felt very comfortable and was pleased with his work. Should something ever go wrong again I would like Mr. Oscar to come to make the repairs, or give a new product, or even just give advise. Mr. Oscar rocked!!! I'm glad he was in my corner and was in my best interest. Thank you ARS for sending Mr. Oscar I truly appreciate the talent!
