I had been interested to shift into the Pine Tree Village Apartments for quite some time. Every time I went to see them I was told of their ?special offer? which was 1 month rent off the apartment, if you sign a year?s lease. However that wasn?t the case because when I finally liked an apartment to move in.. I faced all kinds of problems:\r Firstly, they told me that their ?special offer? was only on selected apartments so the apartment I wanted did not have that special offer going on (very typical of these people).\r (I overlooked this fact)\r Secondly, they told me all apartments are ?tiled? but ofcourse mine wasn?t and they would not be able to do it. (I even let this go)\r Thirdly, I still submitted my application and asked the management to run my credit only if I met all their requirements. They told me I ?did meet? their requirements and ran my credit. But only to find out that I ?did not meet? their requirements and I would have to pay $1200 as a secu
