The front desk staff is disorganized, RUDE, and they don't like to admit when they are wrong. I've been a customer for 11 years and will be leaving to go to a different veterinary practice 10 miles away. I'm tired of the lack of customer service, disrespectful tone from the front desk staff, and overall UNHAPPINESS that they exude from the moment I walk in the door. If only the veterinarians would realize they are losing lots of $$ when the customers feel they are a burden to the women at the desk. As a professional myself, it is recommended that these women receive some customer service training and be reminded that without us they would NOT have a job. Lastly, they have no problem charging fees for EVERYTHING!! SInce they don't accept walk-ins (even though they have appointments available), the customer is charged $85 (instead of $15) for an EMERGENCY visit. None of these fees are shared with the customer until the bill is printed out and presented at the end of the appointmen
