Built in 04 everything was horrible nothing but Lies! I am also handicapped and was informed that we signed off for our mail box to be placed not only around the corner but on another street as we live on the corner. Promise the moon and stars and leave you in the cow field. RUN as fast as possible nail pops, creaky floors, cold windows and shower door does not close one wall is not even straight found this when painting. The contract is all loaded on the side of Faber. This is our second build too bad our first retired would have gone with him again he was small and not backed by law firm. Run don't walk even the responses to complaints here are standard format showing an automated response and no personal care. Contacted the BBB after moving in and found out where the mail box was located, as we know we did not sign off on that as walking is difficult some days. Look into rehabbing.
