I felt like this was a great introduction to chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Barham was really nice, and had a great rapport with several repeat customers who were there at the same time I was. He's very easy to talk to and lets you know what he's doing while he's doing it, so that helps make the experience easy. I basically got a few neck and back cracks, and he pointed out that my hips were slightly out of alignment (I knew this) by demonstrating to the waiting room how my left leg was slightly longer than my right because of it.
