First time at Tower Ford. Been to numerous Ford Dealerships (disliked them all) but this one is unique. The level of service we received from Dennis matched what you would expect at luxury auto dealerships which we have been accustomed to in the past. Dennis was attentive and worked with us to find a vehicle that matched our needs and budget. I never participated in these reviews before but felt compelled to inform people of a great salesperson as well as a great dealership. I would never ever set foot in any other Ford Dealerships because I know which one has the best customer service. My wife and I are happy with our 2015 Explorer and will definitely spread the word on what a great experience we had today.
