So I had bought a vehicle here back in 2013 and had a great experience with my sales rep. I had bought a 2010 nicely cared for Chevy Malibu. After a year and 3 months of owning it I decided to go back and see if I could trade it in for a new or new model due the high mileage I had put on it. Now my credit score had improved from previous purchase and I knew financially I was a little better but a NEW car, I didn't know if I could get one but I knew that's what I wanted. So I go back and realized that young lady that helped me did not work there anymore. I was totally bummed out and honestly scared to deal with anybody else because she had gone ALL OUT to help me in the past. So reluctantly I gave them another try and my experience with another sales rep, Corbin, was outstanding!. He not only got me into a newer car but a brand NEW 2015 Chevy Malibu. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever believe that I could be the owner of a BRAND SPANKIN NEW CAR!!!. Now my process did take a couple of days to get negotiated and approved with the bank. But in 2 days Corbin gave me the keys of my new car. He communicated with my threw text, by calling me, and most importantly made feel like I was family. He treated me like I was the only one that he was doing a deal with and nothing else mattered. I honestly cannot think of a better place to go get a car from. They are honest and direct but not as jerks, but as good stewards of your well benefit. Corbin had told me from the get go if this deal financially for you does not make sense and its not in your best interest I will tell you. So needless to say Hare Chevy surprised me once again. I am so happy with me new car but happier that they treated so awesome as they did! Txs Hare Chevy! You guys rock!
