I had one of the best experiences that started out very badly. Had a bad stop-up and couldn't do anything in the house. The gentleman came out and ran a snake from the clean out to the road which did no good and said it was probaly the city and not us. I called the city which came out and verified it was not them. Called back to Roto-Rooter and they came back out with hydro jet power washer and within 15 minutes the clog was cleared. Instead of charging two separate fees they combined the two calls and only charged me one amount. They have my business from now on. Thanks so much, N. Wilson
