Businiess name:  Hutchins Water Heaters

Review content:
I called Hutchins because I needed a gas pressure done. It was two days before Christmas so I needed some idea of the cost would be. I understand in this line of work more fees could incur if a problem is detected. They told me no price could be given until they came out. When the technician arrived, I was quoted a $650 charge. Turns out there are some standard fees like a $100 city permit. The test itself has s fee. The tech guy explained how it works and how long it takes to conduct this test. That could gave been told time over the phone. That would have aided in my decision to not have them come out and wait on my usual plumber, Mr. plumber. I realize when a company charges a service fee they may feel no real obligation to tell you as much over the phone because they would miss out on that easy $69 but I find this dishonest and unprofessional. That $69 could have been better spent elsewhere.
