Photographer didn't know what to do with a 1yr old. I had to take over and direct the photographer. Then she only did close up and I didn't have any backgrounds with the xmas decorations. Then the printer was broken. I had to wait 4 days to get my pics and cards. Then I realized I didn't get any envelops for my xmas cards. I called them and they said they were out. Really???? So I now have cards to mail without envelopes. They don't know when they will get them. Everytime I ask them something, the answer is "I don't know". I will take my money and use a more professional company and photographer next year.
