I have always had excellent service with VCA and in particular Dr. Kim Centgraf. My husband and I purchased a kitten from a Pet World who developed the kitten flu within 48 hours and fell extremely ill. At the time we did not have the money to spend hundreds of dollars on overnight treatment at the vet. Dr. Centgraf was very understanding and worked with us on what treatment we could afford. Our kitten made a full recovery. Two years later we purchsed a Boxer puppy who later developed severe grain allergies and required a special strict diet and medication. Dr. Centgraf again thoroughly explained everything regarding our dog's condition and worked with us to get her healthy and symptom free. She would even call and check on our dog's progress every couple of days when we began the new diet and medication. I have always found the staff to be friendly and would recommend this vet to anyone. They may perhaps be slightly more expensive ( I have not compared prices) but I do feel as if my
