I wish there was a 0 star rating. I am so upset with the vet and staff at the SAH. We had an appointment at 7:00, along with three other people, with one vet. We were HOME by 7:18. Needless to say we left very confused, then received a phone call from the receptionist because we had simply left.(The "Doctor" said we would receive a phone call the next day) I guess we were supposed to wait for her to help the now 3 other customers and get off of the phone. The "doctor" wanted immediately put her under for an x-ray without getting back test results from the urine and blood samples. When she called that evening I said to her that we were confused and she began to yell at me. Doing further research I found out that blood work would indiciate if my dog had what he was going to look for in the x-ray. I asked if it could be a simple infection, which would be evident in the urine and he said "Optimistically, yes." So, if you have money to throw around, are a vet yourself, and don't need an exp
