I went in on September 30, 2014 ready to purchase a Ford Focus ST. I was quickly greeted by a salesperson Steve. I eventually found out that Steve was new and got assistance from Jesus. Both Steve and Jesus were fantastic. The model I was looking for was not going to be delivered until October 12, 2014. I was given 2 option. Place a deposit to hold the vehicle or buy the car now and pick up the car when it is delivered. After 2-3 hours of negotiations we came to an agreement on price per month and was ready to buy. I had filled out the documents. I am not sure if it was all the documents. Steve then told me that his manager stated the finance department was not available and I should come back in the next day and drop off the check and we can complete the document. I confirmed with Steve that am still getting this deal? Steve confirmed. I returned the next day to drop off the check at the finance department. The guy at the finance department stated that I was not able to complete the loan documents until the car arrives. I agreed and asked to make sure that I got in writing what the car price was and monthly payment. After 1 more hour of waiting I was told by one of the managers (sorry do not remember his name) that they could not do my payment and that my payment was going to be $25.25 more per month. The manager then stated that I should have taken the deal the night before. I expressly stated I did. In fact I filled out the documents and was told to come back the next day. Not wanting to speak with the previous manager who was not at the negotiation. I then spoke with Jeremiah, the manager that negotiated the deal. Jeremiah then stated that he was planning to fire Steve and Jesus for giving me the wrong information. Jeremiah stated to me that it is illegal to sell me a car that is not in their possession yet. First off Steve and Jesus should not be penalized for the mistakes Jeremiah. Steve and Jesus are just sales people.
