Review content:
They have handled properties for me in the past. There is no customer service and no followup after I have voiced concerns. Things charged me for things that should have been charged to the renter. We asked for no pets but every renter has had pets and one tore the carpet. The repair was on my dime since they returned the deposit to the renter before knowing the damage. They are the worst.
