I bought a riding lawnmower on friday and 20 minutes after it was delivered on Monday the wheel came off due to some "Jerry Rigging". They were nice enough to come and get it and offered to repair it for free (covered under their 30 day warranty). When I decided on a refund instead ($505) the owner wasn't too happy about it. He never once apologized and in the end he wouldn't refund me the $20 delivery fee. Now, I DO NOT believe that they were the ones that "Gerry Rigged" the wheel, but I am not happy at all with the way I was treated by the owner. When I spoke to him I explained that I had prayed about it, was worried about it not being a good mower for me and that I wanted a refund. Instead of apologizing, he said "I'm a Christian too and it don't work like that" I was baffled that instead of soothing my worries and explaining that he would get the mower in great condition for me, he dropped that knowledge on me instead. It just solidified my decision for a refund. Bottom lIne: I guess I should be happy to be out $20 instead of $500 with a lemon mower. I will not be doing business with them again.
