Review content:
Banko Overhead Doors installed the garage doors in the inventory home in Dec 2010 that we bought in 2011. So I called them on Thursday night to see about a service call being I could not get my car out of the garage. They told me it would be much more expensive as an emergency call and could have someone out in the morning. Like everyone else's house in Florida, frequent use and humid conditions cause the springs to wear out prematurely and break.\r

The next morning, I received a call from James letting me know that he was 30 minutes away. When he arrived He explained that it looked like the warranty had expired but was going to call his office and see what he could do to at least get the parts covered because The warranty had expired if you go by the date of install, but being it was a new home, they honored the warranty based on the occupancy date like some of the other companies did on our new house. He said that they did not last as long as they should. He was very courteous and quick. Cleaned everything up. I will definitely use them again.
