Review content:
They installed windows but didn't fill the gap between the window frame and the wood frame of the house with insulation. They also removed a picture window and framed in a smaller window in its place. They were supposed to use three quarter inch plywood to match the wood already on my home which is covered with siding. Instead they used half inch plywood and furring strips covering the space with metal. This left gaps that bugs and moisture can get into. Their quality control person came out to fix the problems but only offered excuses. He said management is over booking jobs and not allowing enough time to finish the job correctly. Avoid this company.
