We had a similar experience today with a VERY RUDE sales person. The store in Pittsford closes at 5:30 and we walked in at 5:28; the door was still open. The older woman advised that they closed at 5:30 to which we responded we would be swift because we knew what we wanted. The older red haired woman was VERY RUDE while getting the correct size for us.\r
When I asked for a size bigger she got very mad and was reluctant to help. Upon paying and leaving I thanked her for her help to which I received a grunt and the door slammed behind me. If this store were not the only location that I knew of I would have walked out upon her greeting of "We close at 5:30". I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE NO MATTER HOW BAD I NEED SHOES EVER AGAIN! What terrible manner for an older person who works with primarily children to display. She really needs to go back to school and take Customer Service 101 or Quit!
