I've been going here the past few years and have always had decent to great stylists. This last time I was in was a fail. My stylist, Lee, was not friendly and acted as if I was a waste of time. He didn't try to make much conversation and he didn't ask me if I preferred my hair curly or straight when he was done like I've been asked every other time I've been in. He didn't even bother drying my hair all the way. Worst experience.
