Review content:
We tried this place twice soon after they opened for business and were really disappointed. The first time we tried them, our pizza came a good 1/2 hour after they'd said it would arrive and when I called to check on the status before it got here, I didn't even get so much as a "sorry". I asked for some kind of a discount and the person on the phone said only a manager could do that. I then asked for a manager and was put on hold. The person I was originally talking to got back on the line and said the pizza would be free. That's the kind of good-will I was looking for, but I don't think I should've had to ask for it. Really, an apology and a small discount would’ve been enough. Since that was the first week they’d opened, I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and a few weeks later I tried them again. The pizza arrived when they said it would but I really wasn't all that impressed with the quality either time. They call it "gourmet" but it's no Pagliacci's. Since there isn't a Pagliacci's in Renton, when I want something close to gourmet, I call Amante's (see my other review).
