Review content:
Gentleman came out to look at type of door glass I need repaired. He was 5 hours later then time set up which meant my husband lost a whole day of work. Then I was told to pay half which I did and never received a call in 4 weeks that my glass was in. When I called they could not find me as a costomer because I was under a different name yet they used my credit card , with my name on it , to take 1/2 deposit. Finally I take off a day to have glass installed and between 1-4 pm. At 3:25 I get a call telling me gentlemens truck broke down and could not come. Another lost day of work. Then they were telling me they could not accommodate me by coming on a Saturday or after 4 pm leaving me no choice but to be off. After explain my frustration they agreed to 5 pm which my husband left work early to accomadte to arrive home at 4:30 and gentleman already at my home. Well even though we had someone come out and look at door before work began they still did not have equipment to put my grids back on the doors. He needed to take grids with him to order what was needed. It has been 2 weeks and still know calls and payment was made in full. This place is a disaster. Poor customer service.
