completely unprofessional. my friend's cat was having problems. he was hissing and growling at her children so she called brookville and THEY TOLD HER TO PUT THE CAT OUTSIDE, WAIT 2-3 DAYS UNTIL IT DIED, THEN BRING IT IN FOR TESTING! unbelievable! who would say that?! without even physically seeing the cat someone told her to stick her family pet outside in the cold and wait for it to die. i took my dog there one time, and it only took me one time to realize mid-appointment how horrible the staff is. the vet didnt introduce herself to my dog, who was in there for a limp. so she promptly started yanking on my dog's injured leg. well, as any dog would do, he attempted to bite her. i have never seen a vet react like she did. doesn't schooling prepare you for instances exactly like this? after that was over, he had to get a shot. the tech did the EXACT SAME THING, not introducing himself, and decided to jab a needle into my dog's backside. well, same reaction. i told them to use a muzzle b
