I bought my laptop from Best Buy a few years ago and got their 2yr protection plan with it. About a year after I bought it, the screen started to flicker and turn yellow when I adjusted it. Of course, I took it in to the geek squad. I left it there for them to repair. A few weeks later, I picked it up and they had replaced the LCD screen. As soon as I got home and opened my laptop up, I saw that the problem was still present; they hadn't fixed it. I waited another 5mon to let the problem get worse and took it back. After 3 weeks, they called me and told me it was done. When I went to pick it up, I asked what they had done. Nothing. They held my PC for three weeks and did NOTHING!! In order to get my pc back, I needed to sign a document stating that I was satisfied with their work. I refused to sign it, obviously. But then they refused to bring my laptop to me. Since I needed my laptop for an upcoming online class, I signed the paper to get it back. I probably should've called the polic
