This is a great place, the staff is very friendly and Dr Sheffield goes above and beyond.\r I live in San Marcos and none of the Vets here will see Rabbits, I have 3 that I care for very much . occasionally one of them will get a hair ball and wont eat or go to the bathroom and i have taken them to Dr. Sheffield before. My little pal Luna had symptoms of a hair ball .\r We started treating him for a hairball and come to find out he had a bladder stone twice the size of a peanut blocking his bowls and urinary tract. I agreed to go forward with the surgery\r to remove the stone without ever asking the cost. I left Luna in the hands of Dr. Sheffield .\r Two hours later Dr. Sheffield called me and had removed the stone and to my surprise he said he would be taking Luna home with him for observation. Wow what a great guy, I picked Luna up the next afternoon. I followed Dr. Sheffield instructions with care and meds. In about two week Luna made a Full Recovery. I cannot thank Dr. Sheffield and his staff enough. Oh and\r the cost was about half of what i thought it would be.\r This is a great animal hospital, with great folks and it doesn't have that animal hospital smell\r either, I will be recommending this Dr. and his staff to everyone.\r Great job Wimberley Vet Clinic.\r Thank You\r George
