i will be the first to admit a mistake, i made, if it was my fault, in this case bj and associates\r
messed up g15r qosmio toshiba, laptop, 17 inch lcd screen, when it was returned to me it had\r
a red line going down the left side, i contacted them, there response was it happen during\r
shipping, and we completely check the system before returning it to me, my laptop went in\r
for windows 7 upgrade, and speakers replacement, toshiba tech, told me that windows 7 was\r
not compatible, only xp, will give you the full system components, when i talk to the techs there\r
at bj's they were unsure of them selves, i knew more then they did, toshiba customer service \r
told only authorized dealers can get hardware, drivers, etc, that why i went to them, they turned\r
my laptop into a door stop, they returned my laptop, messed up screen, missing screws 7, missing plate, underneath keyboard, i my self just purchased a brand new motherboard, and\r
used speakers great a condition, all i asked them to do is refund my money or replace the lcd\r
screen they messed up and return the missing items 6-6-2014 no response, took the money\r
return a damage laptop, and this was not the first time there tech left something out of a laptop\r
if you want something done right do it your self, customer lost, they will not take responsibility\r
or admit when something can't be done, and all it took was a phone call, and they could have\r
return it without anything being done to it, but kept the laptop for over month in a half trying to\r
cover up there screw up. recommendation none 0.
