""I've had the dogs groomed there - well, just the 'lion' cut - I keep my cairn terrier cut very short so I have better control over his skin allergies. Everyone from the back is great with my dogs - they recognize them, call them by name (even when it's been awhile since my last visit), and my dogs like them. \r
The front office folks are great as well - the ones who have been there for awhile always greet me by name and ask about my other pets if I only have one with me. The newer personnel have just the right degree of warm friendliness. \r
Would I prefer to pay less? Of course! Would I change vets to a 'cheaper' one? Not on your life!""\r
