Review content:
We used this Philadelphia car service for the first time on a recommendation from our car service here in Baltimore and were very pleased. I was apprehensive to use a new service for the first time but after talking to their manager I felt confident that they would take good care of my boss and boy did they! Traffic caused major delays getting to the appointment but her driver knew all the detours and had her there in plenty of time. My bosses meeting ended early and on the return to the station her driver had already called ahead to Amtrak and made her a reservation on an earlier train back to Baltimore. Now that's service! We will continue to use AAA Rated Limo whenever we are in Philadelphia.
Pros: Personalized service. Did much more than expected of a car service.
Cons: Only that we don't have them in our home town.
