I was in the salon getting my color done like I do every 7 weeks. The salon was full with the exception of 1 chair when Denis, the owner leaves in the middle of his service to yell in the face of his employee who was with a client. He then stormed over to the front desk and yelled in her face about something to do with the scheduling of a client.
Dennis frequently seems on-edge whenever I am in the salon, but today the way he spoke to his employees was the worst.
I looked over at the girl getting her color done next to me who also saw the whole tantrum and she looked horrified.
I have been getting my color done there for 3years
and love my colorist and stylist but I will not be returning due to the situation from today.
I have several friends and SiS-in-law who go there too and they will hear what happened today. I can't support a company who speaks abusively to their employees. I those young girls find a better working environment soon.
