Review content:
We have cherry cabinets with a finish that has not held up. The cabinets are 6 yrs. old. The cabinet finish is soft & dull. We had another cabinet finisher look @ them & he felt it was an poor quality finish that was applied. When we took a door to the Hayes Rd. office they told us we had ruined the finish & the cabinet finisher we talked with "didn't know ----". And that's a quote. They were rude & didn't take responsibility for any issue. We had caused the problem. They may believe they are #1 in MI cabinet making but they are non-existent in customer service. An extremely disappointing conversation & zero help.
