Im so dissatisfied with the service. Purchased a dress that had a spot that I originally didnt see. Upon purchasing the dress ( expensive), I was assured that any spots & loose beads will be fixed. Needless to say they weren't able to get the spot out I found. They tried to say maybe my daughter put the spot in the dress how when the dress was in their care except when I bought it home and discovered that they didnt fix the beading. I asked what can the do to make me a satisfied customer or compensate me. They stated by working hard tryin to get the spot out. I asked for earrings or a bag. I believe in customer satisfaction. I will NEVER purchase or recommend anyone Unique Boutique EVER
