I found Bulwark Exterminating through Angie's List where they have an ""A"" rating and a Super Service Award. They deserve both! When investigating a ceiling leak we discovered ants in the attic so after checking with Angie, I sent a service request to this company on a Saturday. They responded by phone on Monday morning; scheduled the work for Thursday at 5. The tech, Rich W., showed up promptly and was very organized and professional. He climbed into the attic (not an easy feat with the access location) to have a look around then explained exactly what he would do and how the treatment would work to solve my problem. After finishing in the attic he stopped to tell me what he would do through the rest of the house and around the perimeter of the exterior....then got right to work. I'm on a fixed income and loved that I didn't get ANY pressure to go with a contract though it was suggested as a good idea should my circumstances change. I'm relatively new to the Charlotte area, but know I don't have to spend another minute ever looking for a pest control company. Thank you Rich and all of you at Bulwark.
