Review content:
Last Wednesday, we went to Vert prior to perusing Duty Free and attending the Bowl to catch the legendary Dave Brubeck. I'm happy to say that our dinner was delightful. Although I felt that my spring vegetable soup was a bit odd (a little too many garbanzo beans), my shrimp pasta entree and gelato dessert made up for it ten folds. (HAVE THE GELATO!!! It's so beautiful, you don't want to eat it. But, once you break into the watermelon shaved ice, there's no turning back. It's just pure YUMmy fun.) Drinks at this venue are also delightful. I've been here before attending a movie at the El Capitan and the staff was quick to serve their tapa-esque appetizers that just fills the right spot.
