Thank you Rick Taylor for your timely and effective service. We live in a home over 100 years old so needless to say we have had some plumbing issues due to roots, etc. and Rick was very helpful and extremely non-judgmental while cleaning up a horrific mess in an old cellar basement. He was extremely courteous and the rate was over half what I was quoted from another well known company. I was given a two hour window that he may arrive and he was here promptly at the start of that window. I would absolutely recommend Roto Rooter and was very pleased with my experience. Thank you!
