Review content:
A ""thumbs up"" is just not enough to express my sincere satisfaction with Shanna. I found her on citysearch last week after I came home from El Paso. The home of my stylist, of whom I have been committed to for the past 8yrs. The only time I ever colored my hair was with him. I stuck with my first. :) This last visit, I went to him and requested an Ombre style color. I SHOWED an example of my expectations. After 4 hrs in his salon, my hair survived being stripped,bleached,colored and cut. I left him with a broken heart and as an unsatisfied customer. My new spring style was not at all what I expected. It was ruined. After I came back home, I googled ""color specialist in Austin""...Shanna was listed more than once and I called her. SHE SAVED MY HAIR!! I was able to take pics of my hairstyle and sent them to her via text. She was very prompt in her response to scheduling me. I am extremely satisfied with her coloring/cut skills. I have received so many wonderful compliments on my new hairstyle. As a reparative color recipient, Shanna applied the line of Kerastase products to restore health back to my damaged hair. I purchased the products to maintain the regimen. I have zero regrets. Shanna has gained a new client. She was so wonderful at helping me to feel comfortable. My hair is sooooo important to me that I waited 8yrs to color it again. To come out of this bad experience with a beautiful color, cut and style is nothing short of an answered prayer.
