Businiess name:  Tile Showcase

Review content:
Wow, I'm shocked by the other reviews here. I had an excellent experience at Tile Showcase. I've been renovating a kitchen and went to two places before settling on Tile Showcase. A tip: make an appointment before you go! I did and so a designer named Amanda was able to give me her undivided attention and assistance. She listened to what I wanted and then steered me toward choices within my price range and style interests. She explained the pros and cons of various tile choices and brought out several examples for me to compare. A major advantage to Tile Showcase is that everything is out on display -- there was no slogging through piles of tiles (which I did in another store I visited.) And there are many lovely displays to help with the choice. It's possible to walk into the store and choose to tile a room based on one of their many bathroom, kitchen and floor examples. Finally, while Amanda hunted down tile samples for me I had the chance to observe other designers with their customers. Everyone seemed friendly and professional, and the receptionist was great. I suspect that the only people who weren't getting as much from their experience were those who walked in without an appointment. So make one! You won't be disappointed.
