I have been going here for over 10 years, and have seen just about all of the doctors and they are all WONDERFUL. However, I went to get my blood drawn yesterday and had the most unprofessional experience, I left In tears. The guy that took my blood (JUSTIN) was so rude and unprofessional. Slams the stuff around, shoves the needle in my arm, no blood so he shoves it around in there pulls it out, slams it into the bin all while making those ""I'm annoyed"" breaths and he says ""today is just not my day! This is what happens with skinny little girls like you!"" He tried my other arm, no blood, he pulls it out hands me the clip board and says ""you need to come back another time"". I was so appalled by this! Thankfully I contacted the manager who was very polite and helpful and she handled it appropriately. It's sad because this is such a wonderful place and that guy gives this place a bad name. I get blood work every couple months to monitor my thyroid, and have never had a problem until dealing with this man. Everyone at Silver Pine, the doctors, and even the women at the front desk are very friendly and personable and this guy made me feel as if he did not care about me or his job. If he still has a job, I would advise you to stay away from him, and see someone more professional.
