This complex is in a great location, but that is the only good thing about it. Property manager is rude, uncaring, and completely unprofessional. Refused to help solve simple problems even after multiple requests. Still waiting on correct security deposit return after they charged me for days I did not even live there - I vacated on time and followed their instructions to the letter! Also accidentally overpaid the rent each month by $5 - instead of alerting me that I had overpaid, they manufactured a fake late charge and kept the extra for themselves. All this after having multiple RATS - yes, RATS, and MORE THAN ONE!!! - come up through the toilet! I have lived in big cities like Chicago and never had that kind of problem! Disgusting and unsanitary - completely unsafe for my child. These problems did not happen under previous property manager, who was terrific! Very expensive units, which would be worth paying for if the complex cared about their tenants, which they do not. Very unfortunate experience - this place could have a lot of potential with the right management team in place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
