I have been a customer, team member, racer (once) for going on 16 years now! Originally decided to go there because I needed a shop that respected me and didn't give me grief for having to watch how much I spend! Allen is cool, knowledgeable, loyal and true to his word! My most recent trip in for a quick chain replacement and rear drivetrain adjust was simply awesome. I had broken my chain South of town down by Mathis and had to take some links out to get back to my truck. At the same time they were selling three bikes Allen was working with a couple of young ladies from Houston, Joey with a guy that wanted a used road bike and Mom (Ms. Robinson) was selling a mountain bike. Joey immediately took my bike and put it up even though they were obviously busy! I got to sit around and shoot the breeze while all this work was going on and Joey test rode it since I was too wiped to do so. I got to see how my Litespeed Classic looks even when someone else is riding it! Thanks y'all!
