Le Fever was recommended to me by a neighbor. They came out the next day. Plumbing was stopped up. I suspected tree roots was the problem. They ran the rotor rooter through the line and everything seemed ok when they finished that day. Two days later the line was still stopped up. I strongly suggested they hadn't completely removed all the obstruction. They dissagreed and wanted to charge me again. I declined at the time. They suggested calling the water department out to check their line. That worked for a day. I called the water department back out 7 times in a week an a half. Water department finally agreed that something had to be in my line. I had Le Fever come back out and paid the charge again. That time they pulled out a big plug of tree roots that had been left behind the first time. I made my plea, they hadn't done their job right the first time. But to no avail. They left the hole they had dug behind my house. Both times I had them out here, they worked about 45 minutes. Not the full hour they charged for. My neighbor and I both will be using someone different next time. I don't know how they stay in buisness. Highly recommend using anyone else but Le Fever.
