I have been getting waxed for over twenty years, both in the United States and Europe, and this was hands down the best waxing experience of my life! I saw Tracy for a brazilian bikini, eyebrow and lip wax. The space is relaxing and comfortable, and Tracy put me immediately at ease. She was in no hurry, asking me questions that helped her determine the kind of care I would need, and she shared lots of tips with me. My eyebrows have never looked better, and Tracy used a number of different treatments post-wax to help me avoid breakouts - always a post-wax problem for me. But Tracy's amazingness truly topped the charts with the bikini wax - I described what I wanted (a landing strip in front, everything off the back), and she not only achieved it perfectly, but did not need to be reminded. In most cases I find that salons will only take everything off, or just wax the bikini line - Tracy gave me exactly what I asked for and with a minimum of pain. Now here's where Tracy became extraordinary: she extracted every single one of my ingrown hairs manually, and gave me an expensive facial peel on my lady parts free of charge to improve my healing. Tracy is a miracle, and I am desperately sad that I don't live in Austin so I can see her every six weeks. She is the best there is!
