Review content:
My daughter took me to Glen Ivy for a girls day out, I thought wow this is beautiful. Wonderfully landscaped. We went into the locker rooms to change and I was so excited since this was my first visit. Our day begun, first we went into the salt water bath where I found dragonflies floating around, we went to the quiet zone where 3 ladies were drunk and not being so quiet, I did enjoy the water arobics. We went into the overlook pool where a couple well let's just say his bathing suit was buldging out and her top was off, wheres security, I don't like to sound like a prude but other people use the pools too, we walked off to go have lunch, The menu was fair as far as choices, the lines were long, service was awful only two laddies knew what they were doing, Say hello to an elderly lady who worked around all those young kids that acted like they were there not for work but for fun, and the other lady who made us a great salad who had great guest service the rest of them need to learn from these two ladies.I also noticed a very hard working young man I think a dishwasher who had a great smile I don't remember his name but he is a very hard working young man and clearly seen he enjoyed his job.As far as the cashiers go they had to ask us what we were having shouldn't they have known from looks, Grotto was so fun. but I was afraid of the mud only because going down the steps you can't see where your going and that kinda scared me not to mention the smell. would I go back to Glen Ivy, No reasons rude service, overpriced, dragon flies in the water and over crowded. Pros: grotto
