Review content:
Unfortunately, my experience with Rohe and Wright has been horrendous! We had not been in our home a year and water was flooding into the walls because all 57 windows flashing were installed incorrectly among many other things. We repeatedly asked for them to fix these things. Russ or whoever was in charge would show up tell us they would fix it and we would not see them again until we sent numerous emails and called repeatedly. Finally they would show up take the stucco off and leave the home exposed and not finish the job. I could go on and on but I won't.\r
Bottom line is we had to go through our insurance carrier to get it fixed properly.(Thanks to another neighbor telling us that is what they had to do). We had to move out of our house for 6 months while it was repaired by another company. The wood was rotting on a less then 2 year old house. If you do decide to build with Andy make sure you have a attorney read the contract. Have your own supervisor inspect your home every step of the way and make sure that you have great insurance that will fix your home if you run into a problem. You should also knock on some doors in the gated community and ask the residents about their experience with Rohe and Wright. This is not sour grapes it is just a fact.
