My husband sent me a beautiful boquet for here however all the flowers died within 48 hours. I called to let Rhodee know, and was told it was not their fault because they got their flowers from a wholesaler. I said I had flowers that had lasted longer from Wal - Mart to which I was told they come from the same wholesaler. I was not looking for a refund or even new flowers, just thought it was the curteous thing to do. A business should want to know when their quality is lacking. Wal-Mart flowers are much cheaper, and their service is better (and that's not saying much!)
